Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Easyway Travels Agency & International Tourism Ltd (Easyway Global) to arrange travel, study, or tourism services. Last updated: 5 September 2026.

Our services

We advise on and book visas, flights, study-abroad support, hotel stays, airport pickup, travel insurance, and tour packages. A conversation or a quote is not a confirmed booking. A service starts when we confirm it in writing and, where a supplier requires it, when you have paid the amount we asked for.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate names, dates, passport details, and contact numbers. You are responsible for holding a valid passport, meeting visa and entry rules, arriving on time for flights and pickup, and reading supplier conditions we send you. If a detail you gave us is wrong, change fees and extra tickets are for your account.

Prices, payment, and changes

Fares, hotel rates, and visa fees change. A price we quote is valid only for the period stated in that quote. After you pay, airline, hotel, and visa-authority rules decide whether a date or name can change, and what that costs. Our service fee, if any, is explained before you pay and is usually not refundable once work has started.

Visas and third parties

We prepare and lodge files with care. Visa, admission, and entry decisions belong to governments, universities, and border officers, not to Easyway Global. Airlines, hotels, and transfer partners run their own operations. We are not liable for a refusal, delay, or schedule change that those bodies control, though we will help you see the next practical step.

Cancellations and refunds

Tell us as soon as you need to cancel. Refunds follow the airline, hotel, insurer, or tour-operator rules that apply to your booking, minus any non-refundable taxes or fees already paid on your behalf. We will show you those rules when you book.

Website use

This site is for information and enquiries. Do not copy our text or images for commercial use without permission. We try to keep details current, but a page on this site is not a live fare or a visa guarantee. Confirm the latest position with an advisor before you travel.
