How pickup works
Someone should be there when the bags come out
Easyway arranges airport meet-and-greet and transfers for students arriving to study, families on holiday, and groups landing together. The driver has your flight number, a name board, and the address you gave us: campus, hotel, or a host.
First-time travellers and unaccompanied students are why this service exists. We track the flight where we can, and we keep a number you can call if the plane is late or the meeting point changes.
Pickup is part of the same file as your ticket and hotel when we booked those too. You are not sending a flight number into a void the night before.
On the day
From aircraft door to the address
A simple sequence. You are not improvising in arrivals.
-
1
Flight shared
We hold the flight number, terminal if known, and the passenger names.
-
2
Meet after baggage
A named contact waits in the agreed arrivals area with a board.
-
3
Transfer
Direct to campus, hotel, or the address on the booking.
-
4
Handover
You are at the door. We close the pickup on the same file.
Who we collect
Students, families, and groups
The same standard, different group size.
Students
First landing for study, often with luggage and a tight check-in time.
Families
Parents and children collected together after a long-haul flight.
Groups
Churches, tours, and school parties with one transfer plan.
Late arrivals
Night flights where public transport is a poor first impression.
In the booking

A person in arrivals who knows your name and flight.
-

We work from the latest schedule you give us, including delays.

A reachable number
If you cannot find the board, you still have Easyway on the phone.
