Easyway Travels Agency & International Tourism Ltd is a travel and tourism company based at No. B10, Gods own estate Lifecamp, Karmo, FCT Abuja. We help individuals, families, students, and businesses with visas, flights, study abroad, hotels, airport pickup, insurance, and tour packages.

Information we collect

We collect details you give us on purpose: your name, phone, email, WhatsApp number, travel dates, destination, passport details when a booking or visa file needs them, and messages you send through the contact form or our published phone lines. If you write to us as a student or on behalf of a family, we may also keep programme, university, and next-of-kin notes that you provide.

Our website host and WordPress may store technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. That helps us keep the site working and diagnose faults. We do not sell mailing lists.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, book flights, hotels, pickup, insurance, and tours, lodge visa or study applications you have asked us to handle, and to contact you if a ticket, pickup, or appointment changes. We may also send a follow-up about an open file. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

A booking often needs third parties: airlines, hotels, transfer partners, insurers, universities, examination bodies, and visa or immigration authorities. We share only what that booking or application requires. Payment processors and our website host may also see limited data needed to take a payment or run the site. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry notes while we are working on your file, then for as long as we need them for accounts, complaints, or legal duties. You can ask us to close a file and delete what we no longer have to keep.
